Kavo OP 3D Imaging System
Digital CT imaging systems allows our specialists to provide quick, comfortable, and effective dental imaging for the most precise dental health diagnosis possible. This type of digital imaging produces detailed, 3D images of your teeth, jawbones, and surrounding soft tissues by using a cone-shaped x-ray beam to capture multiple images from different angles, allowing to accurately diagnose and plan dental treatments that range from simple to very complex. Unlike regular dental x-rays, which only provide a 2D view, a dental CT scan creates a complete three-dimensional image of oral structures, including bone density, nerve pathways and soft tissues. This helps to plan some of the following procedures:
- Dental Implants
- Full Mouth Rehabilitations
- Healing
- Assessing Jawbone Quality
- Assessing Jaw Fractures
- Diagnosing Cysts or Tumors
- Identifying Impacted Teeth
- TMJ Treatments
- Airway Assessments and Sleep Apnea
Special features for our patients include:
- One 20-second scan that provides enough data for a complete diagnosis
- A safer diagnosis with less radiation than traditional CT scanners
- Increased Comfort: Patients are in an open environment with plenty of space
- Doctors can easily share the data with patients, so that they are able to have full transparency of their current dental conditions to be able to make educated decisions on their course of treatment
Come and see for yourself what it's like to receive a more advanced, patient-friendly dental experience.

ZIRKONZAHN Dental Milling Machine
The Zirkonzahn Dental Milling Machine is first in its class of dental restoration milling machines that creates beautiful dental restorations using zirconia. It is the most precise and top-of-the-line milling machine for crowns, bridges, veneers and hybrids. This machine uses computer-aided design (CAD) software to precisely cut and shape dental restorations from sold blocks of material, creating highly accurate and customized replacements for missing teeth based on a digital impression of the patient’s mouth.
The Zirkonzahn milling machine allows us to fabricate restorations within a single appointments and deliver permanent prosthesis, including full arch hybrid teeth, in less than 24 hours. Due to the sophistication in the process of this machine, the restorations are very accurate in fit, design, shape and color. Equipping our inhouse dental lab with this machine eliminates long wait times for our patients and extra costs associated with sending cases to third-party dental labs. It provides ultimate convenience, comfort, and flexibility for our patients while delivering stunning zirconia restorations.

The Sprint Ray 3D printer creates highly accurate, customized dental appliances like crowns, bridges, dentures and surgical guides. It does this by generating precise models of a patient’s mouth based on digital scans, leading to better fitting and more efficient treatment procedures compared to traditional methods; thus allowing for faster production, improved patient comfort and greater flexibility. Dr. Cokovska designs and modifies each dental appliance digitally to perfectly match each patient’s unique anatomy. By streamlining the production process, this 3D printer reduces costs for the patient.

RAYFace is a high-resolution 3D facial scanner with optimal lighting technology. It has a camera with nine image sensors that operate simultaneously to accurately capture the depth of the subject in order to create more realistic 3D data. The special digital lighting technology is safe for the patient’s eyes and skin, enabling an accurate picture of the patient’s overall facial structure to help create the most aesthetically pleasing treatments. RAYFace analyzes the depth and the shape of the face and implements an accurate facial structure through automatic registration technology. RAYFace is a very precise and accurate imaging tool that allows the patients to visualize potential treatment outcomes with realistic before-and-after images and integrates with our IntraOral Scans and CBCT imaging for a comprehensive view of the patient’s dental and facial anatomy, in all-on-x, cosmetic, orthodontic, implant, and complex full mouth rehabilitation cases.

Fotona lasers are non-invasive devices that treat a variety of skin concerns, including wrinkles, acne, hyperpigmentation, spider veins, varicose veins, vascular tumors and lesions, age spots and freckles. These lasers stimulate collagen production, which helps to tighter and smooth the skin. The 4D laser treatment contracts collagen to reduce wrinkles and reduce the appearance of scars and spider veins. They can also resurface and rejuvenate the skin. Benefits include: improvement in skin texture and appearance, reduce the visibility of acne marks and scars, help with laxity around the mouth and jowls, assist with snoring and sleep apnea. The Fotona 4D lasers are minimally invasive, have short term durations, are comfortable and painless and don’t require injectables.

Our office uses 2 types of intramural cameras. SOPROLIFE and SOPROCARE
SOPROLIFE reveals what was once invisible to your eyes. This diagnostic camera detects tooth decay at different stages of its development, to help determine the best treatment. The autofluorescence technology in SOPROLIFE detects occlusal or interproximal decay- even in its earliest stages. SOPROLIFE helps perform the minimally invasive treatment by preserving healthy tissue. SOPROCARE camera assists during prophylaxis and periodontal treatments.
SOPROCARE reveals caries in CARIO mode, as well as new and old dental plaque in PERIO mode.
In addition, SOPROCARE is the first product on the market to reveal gingival inflammation.
In DAYLIGHT mode, SOPROCARE can also be used as a camera, providing all of the necessary tools to perform a complete and time-efficient oral examination.
Digital Dental Photography
Dr. Cokovska uses professional digital photography to better assess, diagnose and treatment plans for her patients.
We are using Canon professional camera for the best quality of our photos and we use Smile Lite MDP device The very first device is specially designed for allowing the most beautiful dental photos with very accurate shades to be taken with a smartphone. Smile Lite MDP can be considered as a “mini photo studio” and is equipped with three groups of LEDs. Each group can be lit up individually which allows us to choose the shade of the restorations very precisely.
